Exceptional customer experience is at the forefront of everything we do at Herbst Software, therefore it is an absolute privilege for our team to have been recognised and shortlisted for the hard work and effort that it took to bring Academy to our customers over the past two years.
The Irish CX Impact Awards were first launched in 2018 to recognise company achievements in measuring and managing customer experience and excellence that delivers better outcomes for customers. The awards are held each Autumn and have been extremely successful over the past 5 years, turning out hundreds of nominees and shortlisted companies.
The Irish CX Impact Awards presents you with the opportunity to have your work reviewed by leading community experts, allows you to get recognition from your peers, it benchmarks against your competitors, helps to attract new clients and customers, and also top talent to your organisation.
Not only will the cx Impact Awards allow you to show off your excellent company achievements, customer experience and excellence, you will be able to get dressed up and take your team out for a night of fun and celebration. It’s a win win in my books!
There are 20 categories that you can choose from/enter, with a simple step-by-step process for entering and checking your company eligibility.
The application process has closed for 2022 entries and the shortlisted companies have been contacted, however don’t fret, as it will be back open again for 2023 after Christmas!

Herbst Software are extremely excited to be attending the event and celebrating with our fantastic team and getting to meet all the other companies which have been shortlisted for the awards.
The winners of each category will be announced at a Gala evening on Thursday 27 October 2022 at the Crowne Plaza Dublin Airport, in a black-tie event ceremony.
Herbst Academy was launched earlier this year in May and is our online training facility and courses for our customers.
After speaking with customers and getting some feedback, we found out that they all agreed it was difficult to learn and implement new features of our system as opportunities for staff training in the workplace were now scarce.
After much thought, we established the idea for online training as we felt it would mostly benefit those working from home due to the pandemic and those busy within the office. This is where Herbst Academy hailed from! Now our customers have access to 24/7 online courses and training which can be delivered in the office or from the comfort of their homes.
The establishment of Herbst Academy has allowed us to fall into ‘Digital Impact’ category of the Irish CX Impact Awards, as it allows us to deliver an essential service by managing customer experience and serving excellence whilst delivering better outcomes for our customers.
