Herbst HRM 15.0.1.0 (2012) released

The first version for Tax Year 2012 incorporates the changes in statutory deductions coming into effect from the 1st January 2012.

The details of the included enhancements:

Charge (USC) - similar to the manner in which PAYE is deducted.
The USC/PAYE Basis (Cumulative, Period One, Emergency, or Temporary)
together with USC Exemption Flag and USC Cut-Off Points will
determine how USC is to be calculated.

- Support for new P2C file format.
In addition to PAYE-related fields, the new format includes fields
specifying how USC is to be calculated: USC Exemption Flag, USC
Cut-Off Points, USCable Pay in Previous Employments, and USC in
Previous Employments.

- New Form P45 layout, which includes USC-related fields.
Separate USC Certificates are not used any more.
Note: Export to P45 ROS XML File (version 5) will be added in the
next version.

- The relief from employer PRSI on employee pension contributions is
fully abolished.
BTID 15125.
- PRSI subclasses A2, A5, B2, C2, D2, H2, J2 and S2 no longer exist -
classes A1, A4, B1, C1, D1, H1, J1 and S1, appropriate, are to be
used instead.
Note:
No longer existing PRSI classes in Employee records will be
substituted by the suggested ones automatically during converting
from Herbst HRM 14.
